17 Nov New Jersey Symphony Orchestra at Cicely Tyson School
Jeffrey Grogan, conductor of the New Jersey Symphony Orchestra, performed a special concert at Cicely Tyson Community School on Thursday, November 17th, at 1100 AM. The concert was free to all members of the East Orange community, and special invitations were given to music classes of all the East Orange schools to attend. Students from the Cicely Tyson Orchestra and Symphonic Band were invited to play along side the professional musicians of the NJ Symphony and also were given Master Class sessions with instrumentalists as part of their experience.
